Note:
(pls. keep deposit slip as proof of payment, kindly take a picture of it or scan it and email it to me @ gracydelima@gmail.com so we will know if you are already paid)

Deadline of Payments: On or before March 3, 2013

* Tshirt Printing February 17, 2013 (Please pay atleast Php250 on or before the said date)

** Balance of Php350 must be paid on or before March 10, 2013 for payment of catering and buying of raffle prizes.

*** Tshirt and Tickets will be released by March 30-31, 2013

**** Must be fully paid before you can claim your Tshirt

***** In case you paid for the event but you cannot attend, you may refund 50% of your payment if you will let us know 3 weeks before the event, you can still claim your shirt. Failure to tell us 3 weeks before the event, payment will be forfeited, but you can still claim your Tshirt.

****** In case you pay on the day of the event, payment is still Php600 without dinner.
